For a global organization we managed the development and implementation of the after sales product requirements in 5 main product development projects. For each project we lead 4 different global teams, spread over Tokyo, Beijing and Lund, managing assisted and online customer support, reparability, repair structure setup, software support and customer experience. Through transparent communication, active engagement, risk management, expectation and change management we were able to create effective and engaged teams and provided the main project management with effective after sales product support.
