For a global organization we managed the development and implementation a strategic program with a staff up to 50 persons. The purpose of this program was to develop and roll out a global online and in-device customer support platform and Return Services. We were able to create success by creating engaged teams with accountability, executing on a clear vision, project and decision/communication structure. We lead the roll out in more than 7 countries with global and local project teams and several external partners. This program resulted in an increased customer satisfaction, high support resolution rate and end customer utilization of Return Services.
