Operator Partner Engagement

For a global telecom organization we drove a strategic program called “Operator Partner Engagement“. Purpose of this program was to, together with the local and global sales teams, engage with partners to review existing business models and contracts. Our contribution has been to define and break down the assignment in realizable activities and targets and define success by driving cross functional project teams with clear accountability. Outcome of this program was an increased customer satisfaction and an optimized after sales cost structure.
